What services does the management fee include?
We manage everything you or the property may require.

What does the leasing fee cover?
Our leasing fee covers our costs to prepare and market your place, as well as screen and qualify prospective tenants. Keep in mind the costs that we’re incurring to do that.

Can I terminate my contract if I’m not happy with the service?
We aim to develop a long-term relationship with both our owners and tenants. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our service throughout the period of management, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. We’ve found success with many of our owners with the way that we handle communications and procedures efficiently.
We also have a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If we can’t resolve an issue that you’re experiencing with our service, we will allow you out of your contract at any point, without any financial penalties. We simply ask for a 60-day notice.
